4. Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your item to ship since each piece is handmade for you. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it ships.

5. Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States (US). Shipping times and rates vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We do our best to ship your order within 10 days after your order is placed. Once an order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs duties.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kokua@puaenaco.com and we will do our best to make it right.
